8 things women 40 and up should be doing


1-Taking a multivitamin and vitamin D

2-Eat protein with every meal

3-Stay hydrated

4-Do a fitness routine 4 days a week for 30 minutes or more

5-Reduce stress with meditation,yoga,breathing techniques and removing anything that your not alighned with

6-Eat more fiber and less sugar

7-Surround yourself with positive people
